• Potential für VNT, Mehrwert zu schaffen
• Investitionsbedingungen und -bewertung
• Ausstiegsplan

Power Fund I and Power Fund II are European clean technology funds. The yield target of the funds is at least 25% IRR. Power Fund I is fully invested and Power Fund II is aiming at investing in 12-15 companies. VNT makes normally minority investments.

The investments focus on the clean-tech industry, in particular on renewable and distributed power generation and energy-saving technologies in electrical and power electronics applications. No more than 35% of the investments can be placed outside the clean-tech sector for reducing risks. Investments are not made in security markets, real estate or listed companies. VNT always takes at least one seat in the board of directors of the target company.
