Power Fund I and II Limited Partnerships

VNT Management Oy currently manages two funds, Power Fund I and II, and the amount under management is 80 million euros. New investments can be made from Power Fund II. The focus of Power Fund II is mainly on electrical systems in clean technology, including business areas such as:

• Distributed power generation technology: wind power, solar power, fuel cells, wave energy, biomass, etc.

• Power quality: UPS, gen-sets, and active clean power

• Electrical energy storage technologies

• Energy-saving technologies

• Electric and hybrid vehicle technologies

• Clean processing technologies.

The target of the funds is to give superior returns to investors. The targets are

1. An IRR (internal rate of return) in excess of 25%.

2. To be in the top quartile of European venture capital funds.
